How is Protandim shipped?
Protandim is shipped via UPS Ground or US Postal Service Priority Mail to customers who have a physical delivery address (you may designate your shipping preference), and via US Postal Service Priority Mail to customers with a P.O. Box, APO addresses, and to those who live in Hawaii and Alaska.
Can Protandim be shipped anywhere?
In addition to the U.S., Protandim sales and shipments can be made to Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, England, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Scotland, Slovania, and Wales. To find out whether our product can be shipped to other locations, please contact us via email at info@protandim.com.
What is the time for delivery?
Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery for both UPS ground service and USPS shipping methods.
Can I expedite my order?
Expedited shipping is not available.
Can I put my order on hold?
Protandim is most effective when taken once daily. However, if you need to place an order on hold for a short time, we will be happy to help you with your request. Please have a re-instatement date ready. Can I auto-ship every other month?
At this time, a semi-monthly auto-ship program is not available. We can send a separate order to a second address or allow you to order a second bottle for extended vacation needs, for example, if that would be helpful to you. How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel however, please call Customer Care toll-free at 1-866-912-9051. Please include your first name, last name and current shipping address. We require that requests be sent 10 days prior to your autoship date to ensure that you are not billed for or shipped your next order.
