Return Policy
Protandim helps thousands of customers simplify their health and achieve their health and wellness goals. If for some reason you are not satisfied with our product, you may return it within thirty (30) days for a full refund of the purchase price.
Customers should do their own research to find the product that is right for them. Customer success stories are particular cases. No case is typical so you should not expect the same results. Protandim does not guarantee results.
Please note that credits for returned orders may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement after your request for refund is received by our returns department.
We recommend you send your return with a delivery confirmation. LifeVantage Corporation, formerly Lifeline Therapeutics, Inc. is not responsible for returned packages that we do not receive.
To return your order of Protandim, you may choose from the following two options:

If the UPS packaging is intact and unopened, you may write “RETURN TO SENDER” on the outside of the package and drop it in any UPS box. -
2. If the UPS packaging has been opened, please mail your order to:
