Stretching Can Help Fight Aging

Recently, CBS’s The Morning Show ran a story on anti-aging secrets for women over the age of 40. The report focused on lifestyle changes as the best, but not always the easiest, method to reduce the signs of aging. Experts commented on the fact that as you get older, proper stretching can be just as useful to your body’s health as the overall workout.

The report also showed that men and women who viewed regular exercise as time spent nurturing themselves were able to more easily maintain a consistent workout schedule. These lifestyle changes can not only help you look and feel young, they can also prevent 80 percent of heart attacks and diabetes.
